Hello, my name is Paul McGillivary and I am the editor of PaulTech. Yeah, I know, super creative. I am a field technologist for an insurance company in Cincinnati, Ohio. When I am not providing “all-in-one” tech support, you can find me hanging out with my family and friends. I love learning about technology, computer security, and new ways of doing things. I play soccer and love to go fishing.
I also love learning about financials and business. I especially enjoy seeing innovative companies provide great products and services in new and exciting ways. I am always on the prowl to find and review those kinds of products and services. If you think your company does that - shoot me an email and we can talk. Have a good one.
Billy Spies
Hey there, the name’s Billy Spies. I’m a contributing writer for the technology blog, PaulTech. I’m also a Senior at CCS high school, transitioning to a Freshman at the University of Cincinnati Engineering program. I’ve been into technology for as long as I can remember, at least when a friend of my dad’s taught me how to format the “C:” drive when I was only 6. Growing up in today’s age, I’m privileged to have all of this technology at my fingertips, so I love to get the word out about ‘tech’. I’m into baseball, paintball, movies, books, and hangin’ out with my friends. You might catch me on the piano or working on my car every once in a while, too.
PaulTech is a great opportunity for everyone, including companies, to showcase and learn about everything from the latest computer peripherals to tips about how to keep your network secure to keeping your iPod from getting scratched so darn easily! I’m proud to be a part of this community here, and just love exploring what I find every day, especially if I can use it somehow. If you want to talk further about a post or whatever’s on your mind, feel free to send me an email at my address here below. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy my stay here at PaulTech, because I know I will!
