Holographic TV!

helio displayI saw a write up about the heliodisplay a while ago and decided to throw it out there. The heliodisplay is a floating touch screen display. You can project an image into thin air. And you can manipulate that image in space. This one definitely gets one for the wow factor. And the unit is only $19,000 USD. Let’s say you wanted to hook this thing up to your computer. The screen would then project in space and you could browse the screen with your finger, just like a mouse. …No special equipment or glasses are needed. I fully expect to see Leah saying, “Help me Obi One Kenobe, you’re my only hope,” when i turn this thing on.
