Fujistu’s Taking U by the Hand

Fujitsu has come out with an interesting biometric device. Instead of reading fingerprints or the retina, the Contactless Palm Vein Authentication System reads the vein structure in your palm. The technology uses infrared light to scan hemoglobin in the blood. Hemoglobin absorbs infrared light and so it shows up in black.
