liquid cooled vestThe Army is testing a liquid cooled vest that interconnects with the Humvee’s operating system. The engineering firm, Foster-Miller, which works closely with the Army, came up with the concept. The vest should be available to soldiers by next summer. Obviously, this would make any hot environment much more tolerable.
