Sony ReaderIt’s funny to hear market analysts talk about the ebook market being a flop – with $10 million in sales last year. But that’s because hopes were so high a few years ago. Technology makes information swapping much easier. But methods for delivering that information securely and allowing for portability of ebooks didn’t happen. And that’s why analysts are so gloomy. But Sony is once again launching an ebook reader. They tried another one about a year ago with limited success. But the new reader utilizes paper-thin electronic paper. That allows for easy readability – your eyes won’t be killing you – and long battery life. A typical user will be able to reader 7,500 pages on a single charge!
