Verizon has come out with fios internet service from home. Follow the link to see if you can get service at your residence. What is Fios? Fios is “fiber optic service.” What is so special about fios? Fios can deliver 30Mbps downstream and 5Mbps upstream speeds. Now the service can be pretty expensive at this point, but I’m sure that will change. Here are the 3 speed and pricing tiers:
