It’s that time once again to look into some other real estate tools. The first tool is a great, free appraisal tool - Zillow. Now, you’ll find that some values are a little skewed, but it’s a fun tool to get quick appraisals. And whether you’re looking to see your own home’s value or an investement property, this will help you. Also, if you want to snoop on other’s values, so be it. If you feel like your appraisal is lacking, you can refine the appraisal for one that is spot on.

HomePages is an interesting website that allows you to view recently sold homes in a given area. You can also search for a new home given different criteria. A good site that would work really well with the preceding one.
