As a follow up to the Million Dollar Web site, folks over at Rule the World have mimicked those efforts and started something similar. The idea, however, centers on being able to claim your spot on a world map. That’s a very cool idea. Obviously, famous cities require more money to buy. But, you could claim a very important part of the map and garner some traffic. I would be interested to know the value that is garnered from something like this.
