Ahhh, the joys of owning a computer! If you have received this message, it is due to a recent patch that microsoft pushed out in response to a very bad Microsoft Windows Animated Cursor Buffer Overflow Vulnerability.  You may get a message like this:

“The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.ocx occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.”

This is a conflict with the Realtek HD Audio Control Panel, ElsterFormular, TUGZip, CD-Tag, and Suunto Ski Manager.  Go get the patch for the patch that Microsoft wanted to patch your patch with…er.  Check out the advisory and get the patch.
