sansa-taketv.jpgYesterday SanDisk announced their newest product called TakeTV.  The product aims to grab a piece of the burgeoning home video market.  TakeTV allows an easy method for users to transport their computer videos to the TV.  That is not a bad idea at all.  The key is the USB drive that allows them to drag videos, remove the drive, and place it on a docking station.  The idea itself is not bad in some ways.  But I, for one, would never want to do video this way.  I hate transferring files and documents via a USB drive, let alone video.  No, I want a method that allows me to work once, and reap the reward many times.  TakeTV does the opposite.  It “takes” work.  But, then again, who’s asking me ?!
