Endo Magnet Clips Could Give Atlas A Break

By billy | Dec 13, 2007

Endo ClipsHave I told you guys how much I love magnets? Barring what they could do to my hard drive, magnets are great for tons of things; LED Throwies or fridge clips, for instance. Well, Endo Holding Co. has a fridge magnet (now hold on…) that I could really see myself using. Called the Endo Magnet Clips, as you can see over to the right, they can hold quite a bit; up to one pound. An iPod, 20 sheets of paper, a shoe, your latest “The Office” calendar; all of these things can be held up by an Endo Magnet. Not to say that they are the most technologically savvy things ever, but these clips are impressive.

Built from neodymium rare-earth magnets and steel, with a bit of silicone thrown in, these magnets have no moving parts and are a solid and stylish way to hold up your stuff. Available in multiple colors; a camoflage-ish green, white, yellow, and red (with black and silver on the way), their looks are top notch, and the silicone coating keeps the magnets protected. These Endo clips are engineered cleverly, with the rear end acting as a make-shift fulcrum, allowing the clips to have a pincer-like effect without including springs or moving parts. Everything about them indicates they were made to last.

Anyways, from the looks of their website, they can hold up some pretty heavy items, and they’re also gentle on photos and dishwasher safe, so, with the holidays coming up…if you’ve got a mother or wife that would like one less thing to worry about, these are a pretty safe bet. You can order them in packs of three for between 10 and 12 dollars, and bulk orders are available, but you have to inquire about them at the website. International orders are also available for those outside of the USA.

Not a paid review, but they’re pretty dang cool, though.
