That’s because ball lightning is very rare and seemingly unpredictable. But stories persist and some videos seem to indicate its existence.

A Technology Philosophy
I love technology, gadgets, tinkering, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I really do. But I tend to deviate with techno-addicts in some areas. The problem with a lot of technology is that it tends to end up driving you, not the other way around.
