admin Some ingenious students at the University of Washington have come up with a way to enhance video to still photo quality. So, what can it do? Well, it can erase items and run it through the length of the video, from all angles. It can sharpen areas. It can help with overexposure and other abnormalities. The end result is pretty shocking.
