Noise cancelling headphones can be outrageously pricey.  Sony has the MDRNC7/BLK Noise Canceling on-ear headphones for those of you who don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for noise cancellation.  You can get em for a measley $45.

Reduce the level of noise around you with these noise-canceling headphones. They reduce ambient noise by 87.4% and can be folded for easy portability. The included adapter is compatible with in-flight sound systems for more enjoyable air travel.
