It’s so easy a monkey could….er a non construction worker type person could use it.  It has a nice depth selection feature that will screw it in to the right depth.  Neato.  And of course, the magnetic screw holder just about makes it a no brainer type tool.  Here’s a vid to show you exactly what I mean:
