I guess the thing people love about this fryer is that it is indoors, semi compact, super fast at cooking, and produces yummy turkey. It’s about a foot and a half on all dimensions and weighs in at 23 pounds. It can cook up to a 14 pound turkey and does it very quickly. I forget the cook rates, but it is so much faster, you will never go back to oven cooking.
