Yes, it looks like a radar gun, but it ain’t.  Nope, it’s your very own handy dandy nightvision digital video camera.  The possibilities are endless.

The camera has 32MB of onboard memory.  Yeah, that’s way too little.  You can, however, upgrade up to 2GB via an SD card.  That will allow around 75 minutes of record time as opposed to 2 minutes.  Specs:
