Update;
Viewsonic customer service contact me by email couple of days after i submit the comment and they told me that they are going to send me the link with the information,
At Today 1 month pass already and i never hear from them again, i visit their web site and they not have any new information.
A have not see any reviews of the VMP70 so i understand that they can not be able to play MKV. Or ISO files.
Today i was making research on the Seagate FreeAgent Theater + Media Player STCEA201-RK and look Ok and Promising also Plays MKV and ISO files but the link of the Viewsonic Pop up from Other site and decided to give another try to see if they have more information available But Sadly only found two reviews from some users that purchase the item and not much info.
So I think that I’m going with the Seagate, I'm also Own the WD and works Ok and plays MKV but not all the files that i have to Convert to play on the WD Also The WD does not Play ISO Files.

I try to find if really not support MKV files but I can't find the manual in any place either all the specs. in the Viewsonic page they said and more,
What more means?
Are they tried to hide some of the specs that are not posted complete?
If the player won't play MKV file is one NO* NO and going to lost customers even the price is good.
I write Viewsonic customer support and ask for the manual to read all the specs, let see what they said.
