AT&T has finally admitted that the new and improved Samsung BlackJack II, really exist and that it will be available on the market exclusively with them, but hold your horses because it’s not yet ready to meet the shops as AT&T likes to tease just like they did with the Q9 from Motorola.
In fact they didn’t even change the tactic or the software on their site because when I tried to subscribe to be alerted when it’s live, the message was “Your email address was successfully submitted. Watch your inbox for updates about the launch of the MOTO Q™ Global” and it should say BlackJack II. But let’s not be harsh and move on to see what we get to play with.
Samsung BlackJack 2 is the better version of the already successful BlackJack that charmed with beauty and functionality, that works on a Windows Mobile 6 platform, offers faster 3G download speeds thanks to the tri-band HSDPA and quad-band EDGE. All these are packed in a business design that features a QWERTY keyboard with a front jog wheel, has a 2.4-inch TFT display that has 65K colors, a 2 megapixel camera and video recorder, GPS support with TelNav Maps to make it your personal navigator, Bluetooth 2.0 and pre-installed Microsoft Office Mobile to view Word, Excel and Powerpoint files.
