It’s been some time since I haven’t seen something like that with Nokia, and I’m not talking about their luxury version mobile phones, Vertu. It looks like the expensive Nokia 8800 got a very nice 3G upgrade so that the (rich) users can now brag even more with their download speeds.

But that’s not the only thing you get for the new Nokia 8800 Arte and Sapphire Arte because they now pack a 2.0-inch QVGA OLED display, lots of built-in memory or 1GB, a 3.2 megapixel camera. Did I mention the anti-fingerprint coating technology that would prevent you from leaving any marks on the metal and glass or the linen-lining to make the whole sliding thing firmer.
The two new Nokia 8800 models will be shipping with Nokia’s BH-803 noise-canceling Bluetooth headset and should be available for sale before the end of the year for the Arte version priced at €1,000 and first quarter of 2008 for Sapphire Arte with an expected price of €1,500. As you can see they’re not expensive because of the technology inside but rather because of the stylish design and fashion looks.
