It looks like we’ve always wanted WiFi on our BlackBerry phones and our wishes will be fulfilled very soon, because the FCC got the new Pearl 8120 on its desk to give it the green production light. BlackBerry Pearl 8120 will not include 3G connectivity but will feature 802.11 b/g and that’s all right with me.
On the full specs sheet I’ve noticed most of 8130’s which include built-in GPS, stereo A2DP Bluetooth, an updated mail software or an external microSD slot. Another interesting thing is the UMA client which could mean that the quad-band GSM/EDGE, BlackBerry Pearl 8120, is going to be available on T-Mobile with support for T-Mobile@Home.

* note : that’s a Cingular BlackBerry just for illustration
