If you thought Google is going to stop at optimizing the GCalendar and the GDocuments for the iPhone you were dead wrong. With so many units sold be sure they have a big market to optimize for knowing that the Apple fans stick with a brand when they like it.

Google Optimizes More Applications for iPhone

The main page, google.com, was upgraded and now includes a tabbed bar on top which allows easy access to Gmail, Calendar, Reader, Docs and the other mobile applications. It looks very simple with everything you need just one click away.

Google released their open-source Android software for mobile phones and now upgraded their looks on the iPhone. This sounds like a very committed company, that wants the first place for mobile applications. I’m sure they will do it.
