Nokia N96 is the latest handset I’ve heard of, that should be “officially presented” in Barcelona next month at the Mobile World Congress. Today I’ve just been alerted that the specs are on the market alread.
The specs leaked in Germany (on the company’s website), so I guess they have something against Nokia, now that the company will close one of their factories in the country. It doesn’t matter how we found out, what is more important are Nokia N96 specs. Here they are:
- it’s a quadband GSM / EDGE handset with HSDPA on the 850 and 2100MHz bands
- 5 megapixel camera (probably some goodies here, too)
- WiFi and AGPS
- 16GB (giga, yes) of built in memory and a microSD card slot
- DVB-H tuner
- microUSB
- Flash Lite 3 enabled web browser
Not sure if these are enough for the king wannabe but we’ll see next month.
