I’ll have to be honest and tell you that I’m amazed with the new ASUS P552w. Is it the fact that it’s a tweaked Windows Mobile with touchscreen capabilities, or is it the specs that amazed me? Just announced on Friday it runs on a 624MHz CPU (pretty fast, right?) boasting a 240 x 320 QVGA display with 256MB of flash memory and 128MB of DDR.

It sounds complete so far but wait a sec, because the good stuff doesn’t end here.

The slider also features HSDPA / UMTS, comes with built-in 802.11b/g WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0 (with A2DP) and also has a microSD / SDHC slot in case you need more memory. ASUS also thought of software to make sure you’ll love their new P552w and have included applications such as “EziPhoto” and “EziMusic”.

One last thing. If you’re a Google fanatic just like me, you’ll love to know that it has “seamless Google integration.”

Too bad we don’t have the release date or the prices, it would be really interesting.
