The LG Renoir looks more like a phone that is attached to a camera than a phone that has a real good camera. This does not mean that the camera is bad, but it just goes to show how good the 8 megapixel camera is on it. It does have competition in the form of mobiles like Omni that also have equally good camera and probably better user interface.
The touchscreen responds pretty well and that is an added bonus. Character recognition and the QWERTY keypad are fine but messaging might be a bit of a trouble if you are indeed addicted to texting. The 4GB microSD card slot is a must as this really is more about clicking pics rather than talking for hours on the go. [via EngadgetMobile]
