The white cloud Cirrus II package has great bang for buck value.  Well packaged, the kit comes with two batteries, your choice of cartridges, a very well made USB charger and the accompanying literature.  The foam packaging holds everything in place and could be used long term to store your Cirrus kit.  Everything about the kit says “quality.”

My overall impression was “WOW!”  The batteries are very solid and feel good in the hand.  When you are twisting on the cartridges, you don’t feel like you may over tighten it or break something.  It’s a very well put together electronic cigarette.  Simple to use, simple to charge, just know what flavor you want to smoke, twist it on and go!
